Senior management truly cares about their customers. The company founders John Cheung and John Olsen sincerely cares about employees and takes really good care of them. They still come around to say hello to everyone and maintains a “family business type atmosphere.” Job promotions from within 99 % of the time. Great Medical and PTO benefits. Very low employee turnover rate.
