Pros

Promotes from within whenever possible. Nearly zero layoffs even in bad economic times. Competitive benefits packages. Competent senior employees.

Cons

Had some trouble holding on to employees, but that may be due to the industry in general. It can be dirty, harsh, and uncomfortable, so it was not for everyone.

Work schedule is great, co-workers are good and very helpful.

Cons

Pay, management , could be a better place to work but need more improvement . But receiving pay cut by 20 to 30 percent
