Overall the company is very employee friendly. Great health insurance and 401k with the ability to buy company stock. Really enjoyed the people I worked with and the customers.

Cons

Metal recycling is a very volatile business forcing companies to hire and layoff quite often. As with any scrap business, working in all weather is common and "good ole boy" upper management can happen. Also, overtime is required so if working past 9pm one night a month minimum doesn't appeal to you don't bother with this industry.
