Pros

Co-workers were great, environment was safe, benefits and profit sharing options available, vacation time was awarded, management was friendly, training opportunities were there.

Cons

Pay was low and very few raises awarded. The environment is very dull and monotonous. Many work-related safety incidents.

Pros

There is unlimited amounts of work, but once they know you will take one poorly paying load, they take full advantage of you and you end up making less than if the gravy was equally dispersed.

Cons

This can be a dangerous job. The company provides training to avoid injury, but when you're hauling 20 tons of motor blocks, what do you do when you pull the pin on the back door?
