The medication cabinets made by Omnicell are reliable and must have for Hospitals in order to operate efficiently.

Cons

Company head quarter is moving from California to Pennsilvania and loosing all the talented people.

Terrible Culture

Pros

CEO seems very passionate. Remote position

Cons

Culture, 13-14 hour days 6 days a week but since we are salary employees that is expected and certainly never appreciated. Continuous start and stop exercises that cause a ton of rework, which is unsettling and terrible use of time and money. Compensation could be better. Benefits are standard.

No real long-term plan

Pros

Company likes to give random recharge days off. They also pay pretty well.

Cons

No real long-term plan. There is always talk of pla s and road maps, but no plan to actually implement them. They do an annual "lay off" saying that they need to reduce costs. Then will hire more people than what was laid off before the next annual cycle.
