      Great culture - lots of good change and some growing pains

      Pros

      The people are genuine, caring and committed to the mission of the company. Passionate and authentic CEO. Smart people. The company was progressive and mandated vaccines, YAY! That only makes sense for a healthcare company.

      Cons

      A lot of change over the past few years. It's needed but it's a lot to digest and the company could sometimes do a better job at communicating the "why" and "what." A ton of competing priorities can make it seem frenetic at times.

      A recruiter called me about a position at Omni cell, and it was probably one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever spoken to regarding a job. She kept questioning my experience as if I was lying and she was asking me questions that were obvious and pointed out on my résumé. Oh I’m a senior level employee, and she was pretty much telling me I’m not

      Cons

      If you really want great talent I think working on your recruitment team should be a must. As soon as that call ended I knew I wouldn’t even except a follow up interview even if it was given to me
