Pros

-Adequate pay -On-site gym, accessible all hours by employees with a signed waiver -Well-stocked break room -Paid breaks, including lunch, if employee remains on-site -Admirable attempts at improving communication between employees and leadership team(s) -Decent efforts to reduce/eliminate waste -Stock purchase plan, lifestyle spending, other nice benefits -All shifts occur at times which do not put employees on the road during rush hour. (1st - 6am-2pm, 2nd - 2pm-10pm, 3rd - 10pm-6am)

Cons

-Opportunity for growth is oversold -Health plan could be far better -Bonuses could be larger -Leadership support not as robust as desired on 3rd shift

Pros

Randy Lipps story for starting the company is great.

Cons

So many. For starters, managers here are terrible and have no clue what they’re doing. The only way for you to be promoted or receive an increase in your yearly salary is if you suck up to management. A few managers who have recently become managers don’t have the qualifications or training. The workload is intense with no clear direction. You’re micromanaged with this company and oftentimes it seems as though everything you do will be denied even when you’re giving it your all. There’s no room for advancement and pay is also horrendous.
