Pros

Senior executives at Omnicell are clear with their vision and directives for the company. Employee feedback and participation are encouraged. Cross-team functionality and team cohesion are an important part to your success with Omnicell.

Cons

Compensation seems to be lower than industry standards. Healthcare benefits should be better, especially when you work for a top 100 company.

Pros

Easy job, mostly working from home. Given a long leash as long as the job gets done when necessary. Salaried position with overtime.

Cons

Raises were minuscule and did not keep up with inflation, few opportunities for advancement, upper management was extremely unresponsive to feedback from employees or direct management.
