Pros
This company is by far the best company I have every worked for. The owner Randy Kelley is just an amazing person who cares so much for everyone and the community. The pay is great as well as the benefits. The culture is amazing. I love the fact they celebrate birthdays, company meetings once a month, and R.K. getting us fired up afterwards, that is the BEST. Everyone is treated with the same amount of respect as the next and I can honestly say that is one of the reasons I love working here. There is always room for growth which is another reason why it is so awesome to work here, they acknowledge YOU and want to see everyone succeed!!!

The only thing I can think of is Work/Life balance but hey it comes with the industry right??? :)~
