      Pros

      Everyone here truly treats you and the company operates as a family. Tons of GREAT benefits and an amazing work life balance. Everyone is very accountable for their work and management/upper management have an amazing open door policy; they really hear you out/your concerns.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think to even complain about is office space - however the company is growing at a fast rate. And management is active on moving/reorganizing!

      Pros

      Competitive pay. Amazing culture and environment to work in. My boss; the plumbing manager is the best boss I’ve ever had, the general manager and owner are honest and trustworthy people. I can say I honestly wake up and look forward to coming into work. No favoritism. They understand when you take care of the employees then the employees take care of the customers. They train new employees very well. Fun, competitive incentives. I am just very happy and proud to work for them.

      Cons

      I have to drive two hours to work everyday and then two hours home. But again, it’s been worth it!!
