Work from home options, great benefits, holiday bonuses, consistent work.

Cons

Can sometimes be stressful talking with bank members who are in difficult situations that you need to help them navigate.

Pros

Great insurance and 401k is match 5 percent

Cons

No work life balance, 6 days a week. Only 2 weeks paid vacation every year, no matter how long you have work with the company and 1 week sick time. Favoritism is bad. Low pay job on how stressful the job is.
