Pros

People who work here are intelligent and dedicated. Many people have been around for 10, 15 and 20 years and genuinely love it. The benefits are fantastic. 160 hours pto, 40 hrs can be rolled over and the rest cashed out if not used. They cover all health and dental insurance. They don’t lay-off employees and they support their movement so they’re satisfied in their careers.

Cons

I have no criticism at this point!

Distressing, Strange Vibe/Culture

Pros

Adequate salary and benefits policies.

Cons

Very poor company-wide communication. Repeatedly requested training assistance; non-existent responses. Culture does not appear to respect or care about employee satisfaction or welfare. Uncomfortable corporate vibe. Look elsewhere; do not accept job if offered.

Disappointing

Pros

- possibilities to work from home - good benefits - occasional free swag gifts - opportunities to volunteer - free, non-temperature controlled food sometimes

Cons

- toxic workplace - chronically understaffed - underpaid, or not paid for additional skill set (i.e. speaking Spanish) - performative DEI - unreasonable expectations - unclear expectations and plans for change - despite advertising they are for the people, and non-profit, they only care about the profit and how quickly they can grow
