I feel valued and supported in my position. My team members and our manager are a cohesive, hardworking group of humans. They treat other departments with the same respect and helpful attitude that I’ve see in my first year at OnTrac.

The job went good so far with the management that was there. The directions given were clear and direct. I follow each direction that was given to complete tasks given. It is a fast pace environment where I had the chance to adjust myself.

Cons

Everything sounded fine I do not see a negative detail since it is what it is excepted. The expectation is the job operates fine like another job those with hands on experiences.
