Lots of perks, daily raffles, random giveaways and some free in office snacks weekly. Everyone I’ve talked to and worked with is pretty friendly.

Cons

Customers.. but to be fair, that’s any place you work with customers.

There isn’t a well defined structure for advancement. However, leadership is open to creating new positions based on need, which is good.
