enforced breaks and friendly co workers

Requires that employees don't work a second job but won't give full time status or pay living wages, preforms poorly when following health guidelines for covid-19, lacks consideration for customers packages.

The supervisors and employees are awesome they put their employees first they are on top of our safety the benefits are great the hours are perfect and ontrac has plenty of space for growth in the company I enjoy working for ontrac. I plan on being here atleast 5 years or longer I found my career.

Cons

I don't see any downsides unless you are a person who just likes to fool around all the time. Which the supervisors does not allow on a daily so people get upset because they can't do what they want when they want. Employees fooling around more than they work is the only con.
