Nothing good to say about Lasership.

Cons

Work does not match the pay. Can lose routes with no warning just because. A lot of drama and no morals with management. The better you do, the more responsibility with no pay. Love to shift blame.

Good company to work long term for, good management team if you do work. Fun if you like to multitask. there is a career opportunity and work and life balance if the 2 cons are taking care of.

Cons

The pay is much less than the amount of work done daily. The highest-pay employees are those who have been with the company many years and they don't produce but they are good at crutisizing the work that you do.
