Cons

You work with junkies and child predators. The place is full of unnecessary drama. If you don’t contribute to the drugs then they don’t keep you. You do not get a full paycheck at any point in time. Management is junk and believe they can get away with talking down and saying anything they want to you. If you stand up for yourself then you get fired.

Quick hiring process, literally was a phone call.

Cons

-Bad and unclear onboarding HR software. -Aloof recruiter -Very few people, even team leads and managers, wore their mask (stayed on the chin all day) -lied about what my hours were going to be (I was originally told about 40 5 days a week, come to fine about 60 6 days a week) -I don't know how I am getting paid.
