Small call center setting, have your own desk, full-time hours

Cons

pay is low, no room for advancement, customer service does all the work, don't receive two consecutive days off

Pros

The hours were good. No one cares what you do. So if you're not into accountability or growing in your position, this place is perfect for you.

Cons

It was an animal house. People were getting threats from coworkers. No one was ever on time. Management was like a bunch of toddlers pretending to be adults.

Pros

Hours are ok...that's about it. I'm only typing out this sentence because Glassdoor's policy is that I have to have a minimum of 20 words, but there is literally nothing else good about this company.

Cons

Underpaid, understaffed, overworked, work/life balance is nonexistent. There's no one particular area of the company in this branch that gets off better than the other;
