      Decent Costumer Service in Office The Most you Work the Most you win Money

      No Re-payment for Parking No Car or van from the company No a reliable Schedule Not what they say that are going to pay you... ads and other places rate you at 50-50 commission from all the Package but if you have more of 4 package to the same area the rate for you drops to 35% or less before you start the rate drop to 45% for the use of Equipment so the ad say 50-50 after you agreed is 55-45 and also the package you delivery is 55%/65% - 35%/40% Lasership Never Lose... you Lose

      My experience at Lasership was horrible. No one follows any of the rules. It was like a zoo.

      Pros

      The hours were good. No one cares what you do. So if you're not into accountability or growing in your position, this place is perfect for you.

      Cons

      It was an animal house. People were getting threats from coworkers. No one was ever on time. Management was like a bunch of toddlers pretending to be adults.

      The pay sucks they just recently gave raises to everyone except one person which is wrong and besides that the drivers suck.

      Its a overall great job cant really complain much about it , get to help customers and satisfy their needs
