There was a time the place may have had possible potential

Cons

Lack of integrity, honesty, values. There is an innate atmosphere of misconduct and wrong doing that is awarded. Wonder why the turnover is constant?? Look in the mirror. Everything in the dark rises to the light - BEWARE!

EVERYTHING!! Three general managers in a year in a half, current manager runs a write up or fired buisness, stressful does NOTHING for employees no appreciation no raises, nothing!! Employee sleep with drivers or managers to keep there job, contractors are Beyond RUDE! Place is filthy housekeeping found roaches in fridge NO training at all a monkey could get hired in they place there ads on craigslist?

LaserShip is a joke of a company. I read all the reviews online about how terrible they are and was worried. My fears were proven. They were two days late delivering the package. After waiting for 30 minutes on hold I finally reached a customer service rep. She said the package would be delivered that day and so I told her that I wouldn't be home and to have them leave the package with my neighbor. She said she would let the driver know. When I returned that night the package was sitting in the middle of my hallway. I LIVE IN NEW YORK CITY - in an apartment building. What were they thinking? I can't believe that Amazon keeps using these clowns. What a joke.
