It work's if you need a paycheck in a rough job market, recommend for college students with crap cars.

Pros

good hours for school, or if you have another part time job at night. no weekend work.

Cons

poor management, lack of pay, use of your own car and pay for your own gas and car repair. management is very unprofessional and blames you for their mistakes. Wrong sorting of packages puts you having to fix it on your own dime and time.

Pros

Lasership is fast expanding, and upward mobility seems to be a common theme. Hard work and long hours are rewarded with promotions. Friendly coworkers and a family environment in the office. Owners that show their faces in every office and are directly involved in the operation.

Cons

Long hours without overtime, and not the most competative salary. 401k match is disapointing, and the heathcare plan is expensive. High stress environment where service failures(part of a growing bussiness with a high volume of customers) are treated like catastrophies that will end the world.
