Pros

There are a lot of hard working, great people to work with here who are passionate about doing the work.

Cons

ELT is interested in change in order to grow the business. There are a lot of folks who have been at this company for 15-25 years and they are not interested in change. There is a disconnect between those goals and the frontline workers. If people are not willing to adapt to the changes that are asked of them, nothing happens and therefore all projects tend to be stymied in silo loops. Its pretty demoralizing unfortunately.

It's not really worth it

Pros

There are really no pros to this job. It's just somewhere to work if you need money.

Cons

Unsafe, unorganized, the management doesn't know how to speak to their employees with respect. Their sorting process is horrible with no actual organization; they'll have you in a empty 18 wheeler by yourself with boxes falling off the conveyer belt on both sides, then proceed to act like you're the problem.

They are horrible people. That suck. They use people. Especially people on work visas who don't know any better. Ontrac is one of the worst places I've ever worked
