The people really make this place. Of course there are positions where experience is top priority, but in general they hire for the right fit, the right personality, the right attitude. Everything else is teachable...and this has led to a fantastic culture and place where individuals thrive amongst the team.

Cons

Communication between departments is not always the greatest, not terrible but definitely could use some work.

Stay away over works you for little pay. The environment is just bad/the work environment. There’s is a lot of shadiness going on in the with the other managers and upper management. If I can give this place zero stars I would.
