pay , bad weather , not getting paid when you should not getting paid what you should , no consideration of your needs and time.

I made new friends from the constant sharing about how miserable we all were. Turnover is super high because the office was a mad house. I've seen people go toe to toe over nonsense and management doesn't do much. The job itself is pretty easy and the customers are easy to deal with. Because it is so fast pace and people quit so frequently I may have taken 5 actual lunch breaks in my year of being there. People (especially women) would get attacked on their age and weight...the most unprofessional place I've ever worked in my career...and i've been working since i was 15. Benefits are a joke. I worked every single holiday, and I was not allowed to request off for one of them. I really feel like upper management doesn't care about their employees.
