Oh let's see where do I begin, communication skills, truck driving skills, managerial piss-poor personnel, that don't give a about the employees part, they can give two flying about personnel part, not giving a flying about us picking up packages to way more than your car part,

Pros

Paid weekly, some decent coworkers, early morning hours leave rest of the day for another job or responsibilities.

Cons

You never know when the shift ends, your schedule is inconsistent week to week, constant employee and management turn-over (we kept losing leads and managers every month), no talking and no listening to music allowed, constant lifting and moving without much thought to safety or health of the employees.
