The only thing positive is that is flexible. in case of an emergency.

Cons

- they pay $2.20 per package, if multiple heavy packages are delivered to same address you still get paid only $2.20. - if it rains and pours you still have to deliver -if you get stuck or a flat only 1 person will help to finish work. but youre on your own to fix car or get unstuck - NO BONUS EVER - we got tacos as a christmas bonus - didn't get our 1099 until until april 3rd. we all asked many times before the date and we got NO ANSWER!

The pay was consistent and on time

Cons

Lack of communication People got laid off abruptly after I left without warning, and the whole shift was terminated. Managers pick on employees and have favoritism. Some employees can get away with stuff, while others can be called out and threatened with disciplinary action for doing the same things. Can't get sick pay until working at least 6 months at the company.
