Pros
If you are a young worker interested in forming a union I could not think of a better place to start.
Cons
We would usually show up at 1 am but sometimes they would decide it was 2 am instead so we just stood around without pay. We were promised a pay increase after 6 months that we did not get. We sometimes worked 11 hours at a time. A shift lead was fired because people listened to him more than the manager. Women were treated a lot worse than men.
