Pros

You work in doors, The bathrooms are usuable, sometimes toiletries are replaced.

Cons

More emphasis is put on company quota rather than taking care of the employee, they rather burn people out hire in classes of 6 & gamble at who will stick around. The management has only been there for a year & it shows sorely people just throw boxes instead of setting them down. Nobody has time to drink water, & or use the restroom because it's peak season. Also the management openly curses, says they don't care about opinions, can't get basic tasks done in a timely fashion. When they say you underestimate how much I care it also shows, because there's oil spills on smooth cement, the management really likes using other people to do uncomfortable tasks, in order to be able to stand and watch they appear to be walking fast on occasion mostly they are standing talking sitting in the office with the door closed ps only their allowed in from the break room you have to walk all the way around the warehouse otherwise, it's a total disaster, leads tell you off color decision jokes, fire me I don't care has been said I don't know how many times,

Pros

Easy job to learn, don't have to interact with people too much, low tension, simple expectations to sort packages.

Cons

Paperwork doesn't get filed correctly and then they fire you over their mistake. Management argues a lot with each other and doesn't adequately train you before starting you in a new area, or hopes you'll figure it out, and in turn, make your coworkers dislike you mistakes and create tension between workers. Recruiters don't know what they're doing when hiring new people and they don't give information on when to attend orientation, leaving you wondering if you have a job or if you should show up in the first place.
