      Work from home and thats the only pro

      Cons

      Terrible company communication. Lay offs. Definition of anyone and everyone is replacable at any time. They dont care about their employees or to keep them. They tell you if you dont like it then leave. Work itself is constant barrading of rude customers complaining about their packages that 95% of the times the company itself has no control over. Yelled at by ignorant people that want everything now and dont understand how any of it works. Avoid at all costs.

      i would prefer to work there but dont consider this like your permanent job
