With this company's continued growth, there are lots of opportunities to learn and grow with the company. The hiring process was exceptional, the Talent Acquisition Partner who helped me through the process was outstanding, providing me with all the information I needed to crush the interviews.

Pros

I had a wonderful experience onboarding at Oncourse Home Solutions. By the first day, I had a computer and was granted access to all the systems (which is a first for me). Additionally, during the interview process the on-boarding lead provided me with a ton of helpful tools. These tools included interview tips and LinkedIn links to each of the hiring managers.

Cons

I have no cons to speak of regarding the onboarding process.
