I've been at this company for several years which speaks to the overall stability and experience. It's a great environment and strong sense of community. Leadership is supportive and recognizes performance- I've won our presidents club competition twice which is an all-expense paid trip for 2 out the country I've been to the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica which allowed me to connect with our leadership and other top performers on a more personal level. I also like it's a sales role, so my earning potential is not capped. My son even looks forward to take your child to work day every year which says a lot about the culture

While I’ve only been here for four months, I’ve already learned a tremendous amount from this team and have had the pleasure of leading and working alongside an incredible sales organization, both onshore and offshore. Stakeholders across the business are passionate about what they do and share a strong sense of urgency when it comes to achieving goals. This is also one of the most diverse companies I’ve worked for—both in diversity of thought and people—which creates a truly dynamic and organic environment that can be felt in every corner of the business. There is a consistent level of drive and work ethic across the organization, with hardworking individuals at every level. The C-suite is both savvy, strategic, and approachable, which fosters a rich learning environment and makes it easy to grow and develop.
