Absolutely loved working here and getting to know such a dynamic and passionate team. Everyone was really smart and easy to work with. The CEO was open minded, prioritized transparency, was invested in career growth no matter what level and equally supported all departments. I had an excellent experience with the DEI in particular at the company. I felt that inclusion was always prioritized and always had incredible events that made sure all employees felt heard and appreciated. The CPDO and her team worked tireless to ensure that our employee standards were at the highest priority - and that was apparent through the employee surveys they were always transparent in sharing.

Cons

If you are someone who likes to work from home, there is a strict hybrid approach which was harder to adjust to if WFH is what you are used to. However, the in-office culture, perks, and general environment is welcoming and has everything someone would need who likes an in-office experience!

OHS is a company that has continued to grow since I started with the company last year. They definitely have a growth mindset and it has been apparent in the growth that they have experienced since I started. In addition, the CEO and upper leadership lead with transparency and keep the employees informed of business metrics and the health of the business. They have also invested in new technology which is a huge advantage in improving the day to day business function. Also, the culture is good and everyone here has been collaborative and are invested in making sure that we offer the best customer experience to our customers.

Cons

There is a lot of change that has been happening (i.e. systems, etc) so it's important to have an adaptive mindset in order to embrace the change.

Successful business with a strong growth mindset. Marketing is working to expand quickly into more digital growth channels, which creates interesting opportunities to develop marketing strategy and tactics that can really make an impact. Working with external partners gives me a similar feeling of working with clients in a marketing agency setting and keeps things fresh with unique needs of different partners, media markets and regional needs. Company aligns with my personal values and has a strong culture and diversity mindset. Good office environment, in a new building with useful ammenities (free gym, food options, outdoor space, etc.).

Cons

If you don't live in the western suburbs area, fighting traffic can sometimes be an issue with bad weather or heavy construction. Company is working to up their technology game but still can at times be a challenge.
