Pros

Been working here for only 3 months and it has been great, so far. This company truly seems to care about their employees. Interview process was pretty easy and they were really accommodating.

Cons

It's a little annoying that majority of employees are considered hourly even though we are full time, so clocking in and out and being careful with time gets repetitive. But honestly a good problem to have.

Pros

The interview process was well-organized, timely, and seamless. I worked with Becky, who provided probably one of the best recruiter experiences I’ve had. She consistently followed up and kept me informed at every stage of the process. The onboarding experience was equally smooth and welcoming. Everyone has been very supportive, and I truly appreciate how employee-focused the organization is, particularly when it comes to diversity and overall employee well‑being.
