Pros

The benefits and weekends off are the ONLY pros. Oh, and the occasional free sandwich/pizza lunches.

Cons

No work life balance, the management team is a circus, and they play in your face about EVERYTHING. They will train you in One Gas BUT switch it up once you’re in your role. There is never a supervisor to answer your questions. It’s impossible to make a sell. They promise to train you on sales but rarely provide coaching/ tips. The shifts are picked bid-style. It’s not fair to families. This job is literally only meant to be a stepping stone until you apply to a job worth having.
