      Pros

      Great, hard-working individual contributors and most mangers. Practice leads are intelligent and empathetic.

      Cons

      Not sure how the company is not out of business. Delivery resources are over-worked and burn-out quickly results in lengthy, unsuccessful projects. Executive leaders are belittling, self-serving and lack morals. Corporate culture toxic and demoralizing.

      Pros

      Cask is independent and stable- not many shops left like that nowadays. The people are solid.

      Cons

      Many of the usual consultancy issues- moving too quickly to ensure consistency and quality. Setting stronger standards across the company should be (and is) a priority
