      Pros

      Employees who love what they do and are amazing at doing it. Owner is open and honest with where we are and where we are going. We get to work with large enterprise customers and do work that makes a difference.

      Great benefits, multiple remote positions, longevity.

      Cons

      If you excel in your position they will keep you there and move up employees who do not meet minimum expectations just to get them off the team. Poor leadership.
