      - leadership is friendly and easy to communicate with - talented teams of people - strong budget for training - leadership pushes you to grow into other positions or even create new positions that fit you. they care about you staying in their company

      - resourcing can be messy if you're not in the federal practice - pay is a not as much as other bigger consulting firms
