We agree that Cask is focused on delivering results for our clients that are also high quality. Recruiting the right people is a key factor in achieving this! Our talent team has been working on upgrading our processes so that we are better at assessing talent for delivery roles and are more effectively communicating expectations of what each role will entail. We feel it’s important that candidates interview Cask as much as we interview them to ensure it’s a good fit all the way around. Also as we recognize challenges in finding ServiceNow and consulting talent, we will continue to look for ways to onboard and support team members to help them gain important, valued skills including initial and ongoing development plans.
