      Pros

      Great environment where you make a difference and your work product actually matters.

      Cons

      Sometimes we might have to burn the midnight oil to deliver to the customer but that happens everywhere. It's not often enough to be an issue but it does happen.

      Pros

      Cask prides themself on their culture. I thoroughly enjoy working here. I think the people are great. They have really adapted to work-life during a pandemic and have made sure no one returns to the office until it is safe to do so. They seem to want to invest in your career and make sure that you are always learning.

      Cons

      Poor PTO. Only 120hrs a year but you have to use one week of it while the office is closed for the holidays.

      Everyone is focused on customer success. There is an outstanding culture that values people, capability, and delivery. You work with some excellent people.

      Cons

      None really. There are the normal smaller company things but that is the same everywhere.
