      Great Culture/Poor PTO

      Pros

      Cask prides themself on their culture. I thoroughly enjoy working here. I think the people are great. They have really adapted to work-life during a pandemic and have made sure no one returns to the office until it is safe to do so. They seem to want to invest in your career and make sure that you are always learning.

      Cons

      Poor PTO. Only 120hrs a year but you have to use one week of it while the office is closed for the holidays.

      Excellent fun, laid-back culture; Company is growing rapidly;. The company encourages personal growth; Work remotely; Great communication from upper management in terms of company finances and goals; Bonus program; Reimbursement for wellness;

      Cons

      None for me, but if you're not up for working remotely and prefer seeing your colleagues, this may not be ideal for you.

      Cask's leaders have developed a specific intent that drives decision-making throughout the organization. On-boarding was top notch. The company has a defined mission and great execution.

      None so far. It is early in my time here.
