A small number of employees "don't get" what Consulting is about - they struggle understanding our mission to help Clients and build Client Relationships, that are business model is to be billable, and want leadership to hand them a career plan on a silver platter.

Cons

- Healthcare benefits could be better but I don't pay monthly so can't complain! - Could probably get paid more but wouldn't trade my happiness
