Pros

- Different projects to choose from - Decent benefits that they are working on improving - Dedicated ServiceNow training

Cons

- Transitioning between projects is incredibly difficult - Middle management is a nightmare of people who only clock in to get a paycheck - you're incredibly lucky if you have a manager who knows what's going on - No clear pay bands - highly suspect that pay is fair - Depending on your project, work-life balance is rarely balanced - Sales over promises and devs are on the hook to "make it happen" - You're only going to get ServiceNow training

Pros

I've had 3 "careers" over the past 18+ years and this by far, has been the most fulfilling and rewarding. The people I work with are genuine -- I consider it a privilege to work with them. I enjoy the camaraderie, work ethic and 'do the right thing' attitude I've experienced over the past several years. Our leadership is strong, transparent and caring -- yes caring. Work is challenging and often time consuming above a "9-5" (whatever that is) but it's also rewarding.

Cons

Growing pains. Like other rapid-growth 'start-ups', we've hit some bumps but keep on going....and, we're doing awesome. We've been hiring some really impressive talent which is helping us live up to the Cask brand.

Pros

By creating a collaborative and egalitarian work environment, encouragement becomes a natural biproduct of working at Cask. Managers and team leaders value every Cooper's input - from their senior members, to their interns. I believe that when employees feel valued, they embrace an ethos that everyone is valuable to Cask's success. When someone posts a Cask Win to Happeo, it feels like I have a genuine stake in that win, even if it's a project I had nothing to do with. This is the first time I've worked at a company where I didn't feel like people were protecting themselves from internal competition. Coopers genuinely seem to value one another.

Cons

So far, there are absolutely none.
