Pros

One of the better call centers to work for where you are treated with respect by everyone. 3 weeks paid vacation and 3 floating holidays. The job itself is rewarding knowing that you help injured people. The people you work with are amazing.

Cons

The job is by no means easy at the beginning. The company will tell you this will be one of the most challenging jobs you will ever had and its no lie.
