Pros

Slowly, but surely, some very good leaders are being inserted into key roles, which should help to improve existing challenges.

Cons

Many weak leaders, some at high levels of the company. Customer service issues have some large clients disgruntled. IT systems are a challenge to maintain. Company is owned by venture capitalists making future plans uncertain.

Pros

The pay is decent, and after 3-6 months you get a raise. I went from being a scheduling coordinator to a referral coordinator and it was a nice change.

Cons

They promised promotions for their employees who I’ve been there over a year, then pushed them off because the company went broke trying to train the new hires. Half of the new hires didn’t stay long. It’s like you’re walking on eggshells with management trying to even get a promotion. QA requirements change constantly.
