Pros

Working from home is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work expected, no home life due to schedule, stressful trying to meet and exceed metrics, management could care less about employees and only harp on numbers, don’t expect to move up in this company unless you know someone. The pto is good, but the health insurance is sorely lacking. It may be cheap, but you have very high deductibles.

Pros

It was a remote position

Cons

They only care about how fast you can get clients off the phone. You try scheduling an MRI in 2 minutes…besides getting through the system, getting a person, confirming the appointment, the obvious point remains: why can’t people just do this themselves? There is no job security this job will be replaced by AI ASAP
