Management is very vindictive and clickish. .

Pros

They are still hiring even in this bad economy. I think they realize how stressed everyone is so they have been trying to do some morale raising events.

Cons

They expect way too much for way too little. Most people startat a shift of 11:30 - 8:30 and have to earn an earier shift thru senority.

Many IT processes are ad hoc. Little time to do things correctly & test. Production is often the first QA environment.
