Pros

Casual dress, employees are friendly, security in building and parking garage. Nice suite, nice building, multiple elevators. Landscaping and exterior are well maintained.

Cons

Turnover in upper management and staff is astronomical. Supervisors and managers make decisions they aren't qualified to make. None of the management communicate with one another and are mostly at odds. Training is a joke, conducted by an employee who obviously hasn't been there very long. Some managers are constantly scrutinized while others seem to do whatever they want.

Pros

There are some managers who know what they are doing and actually care about their teams. The medical benefits are good.

Cons

The company grew too fast and previous ownership left employees in the hands of money hungry owners and executives that don't invest in any way with the care coordinator. They have lost touch with the most important employee, what they call a Care Coordinator. We are the money makers and we are treated the worst. All other departments in the company see the call centers as the lowest of the low. Customers walk all over you and no one cares. For $13/hr to live in New Jersey it just isn't worth it. No one takes suggestions. They just keep going about business as if it was 1999. If you want to work with energetic or ambitious people this is not the place. High turn over in the call center. Zero schedule flexibility.
