Not a good fit for me

Pros

Work your own hours, ability to turn down jobs and work at own pace

Cons

Wait an entire month from each job to get paid. All expenses paid out of pocket and not reimbursed for an entire month. Pay not worthwhile to cover wear and tear on personal vehicle

Pros

Summer Hours - sometimes. Fun employee events. Ability to learn lots of new skills quickly. Chairman and President are very approachable.

Cons

Incompetent management. Many VPs are placed in the wrong position. Punitive environment. No work life balance for mid level employees.

Low pay for all the bs you have to suffer through with management. Your time off is not yours to use.
