Pros

Nice People, Nice corner of the healthcare industry (Workers Compensation)

Cons

Lost the entrepreneurial culture, flair and heartbeat that formed the success of each of the member companies (that were swallowed up to form One Call Care as it's now known)

Pros

They have acquired most of the competition in all areas of their service lines. If you want to get this business, this is the place to be.

Cons

The company grew too fast through acquisition. There are too many people involved in the sales & service process. Clients have no idea who to go to when there is an issue.Toxic environment.

Pros

Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Compensation does not match the stress level of working in operations. Anything benefiting morale has been taken away- weekly breakfasts, holiday parties, bonuses, etc. Claims are treated like a call center
