Pros

Great group of people. Team work a plus. Flexibility.

Cons

Outsourcing. Many people, departments are eliminated or downsized. Corporate Office continues to hire Under Qualified people and DO NOT train them properly. This ship that once sailed the high sea's. Is slowly sinking... Very sad.

Pros

Overtime was almost unlimited, received occasional company swag (like a free Fitbit among other things).

Cons

One Call bought out the company I was working for called Align Networks, the more we integrated into the One Call company, the more our culture went downhill. Not a lot of room for growth. Downsizing. Poor management.
